This automatic fruit tray folding machine with rear‑end stacking station is easy to operate, robust‑built, safe in operation and delivers a low failure rate.
It runs non‑stop for one fixed tray size. When you need to switch to another tray specification, manual change‑over can be finished within 10‑15 minutes.
Optimized mechanical design enables automatic folding, hot‑melt gluing and forming for corrugated fruit trays. Finished trays will be automatically stacked at the discharge end for less manual collection work.
You can run the machine as a standalone unit, or integrate it into your existing automatic fruit & vegetable packaging production line.
