The filling section features two filling stations, with an automatic conveying system that can intelligently distribute cartons between the two stations according to production flow.

Automatic Carton Bag Insertion
The Carton Bag Inserter automatically opens and inserts the inner bag into the erected carton, then positions the bag ready for powder filling.
This eliminates manual bag insertion and provides a consistent inner-bag setup for the subsequent filling and sealing processes.
Integrated Bag Sealing & Dust Control
After filling, the Bag Sealing Machine for Carton automatically handles the inner bag sealing process.
For fine powder such as matcha powder, the system incorporates air extraction and filtration during the packaging process to help control airborne powder and reduce dust dispersion.
The collected powder particles can be recovered through the powder recovery system, helping reduce product loss while maintaining a cleaner working environment.
Two Filling Stations with Automatic Diversion
The conveying system connects two independent filling stations and can automatically divert cartons according to the production flow.
This configuration allows the line to maintain a continuous material flow while making better use of the two filling positions.
Separate Inner & Outer Packaging Areas
The production line is divided into inner and outer packaging areas.
After the inner bag is sealed and the carton flaps are automatically folded and sealed, the finished cartons are transferred to the outer packaging area for robotic palletizing.
This layout creates a clear separation between the powder filling process and the final handling process.
Automated Carton Closing & Robotic Palletizing
After bag sealing, the carton enters the Carton Flap Folding & Sealing Machine for automatic carton closing.
The sealed cartons are then conveyed to the outer packaging area, where a robotic palletizing system completes the final palletizing process.
